No return is available on any of our products.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept any exchange or return on panties or boyshorts.

We at Russian Kyzyl work diligently towards delivering our customers the right products. Therefore we focus on product inspection and handle them carefully when packed and shipped.

In the highly unlikely event that your item should have a manufacturing defect we request our customers to reach out to us for exchange within 48 hours from the date of delivery with the following details at [email protected] for us to arrange a custom solution.

NOTE:

  • a) Unboxing video clip of order received which is defective.
  • b) Don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.
  • c) Picture of the outer box (front and back) with the carrier label.
  • d) Pictures of all products received.

We will make sure to prioritise your resolution and solve your grievance as soon as we are notified.

In the event that you should encounter a manufacturing defect, or have a genuine size exchange request, you must ensure that you reach out to us at [email protected] within 2 days of receiving your order. Please note that after this period lapses, we will not be able to entertain any claims and request.

Any items that you ship back to us without our prior written approval will not be considered for exchange , and we can not be held liable for any loss or damage to the item in transit, or for its safekeeping after delivery.

Process for approved exchanges:

Once your  exchange has been  approved, the exchanged product will be delivered to you within 4-5 working days . 

Exchange will only be entertained in case of manufacturing defects. Should you encounter any such defects, please reach out to us at [email protected] so that we may arrange a custom solution.

To be eligible for an exchange, including for an exchange based on a genuine manufacturing defect, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, with the tag and seal intact. It must also be returned to us in the original packaging.

Depending on your location, we may assign a different returns address for your approved exchange. You will be informed via email of the exchange shipping process applicable to your approved exchange. In order to ensure full traceability and a fast turnaround, please closely follow the shipping instructions that will be provided on a case to case basis.

Cancellations

Once you raise a cancellation request, the cancellation of item(s) in your order happens immediately if the order has yet to be dispatched by us. No cancellation requests will be entertained if your order has already been dispatched.

If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no refund associated with that. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive a refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation. If payment was made by redeeming any wallet (PhonePe, Paytm) balance then, refund will be instant post order cancellation.
